Hi I’m Kaoverii Silva, a full-time wedding photographer based in beautiful Vancouver B.C! I’m a cat enthusiast, lover of all foods and reigning champion of the daily karaoke competition I have in my car. My biggest obsessions are Tacos and anything cheese related. I’m married to my best friend and biggest fan, Callum! We love travelling, hiking, exploring, and occasionally photographing some pretty rad people.
My love for photography began when I started using my mom’s film camera, photographing everything and everyone around me. After attending Emily Carr University and receiving my degree, I explored different avenues within photography. There was something about photographing people and being a part of once-in-a-lifetime moment that made me fall in love with weddings. During my own wedding, all I could remember was feeling surrounded by so much love and how overwhelming it felt. Knowing I had a great photographer that I could trust to capture all the small things, put my mind at ease. I was free to focus on our day and take in all the overwhelming love, and that’s what I want for you!
