Studio Session Details
These indoor Fall sessions are a wonderful way to capture your family in a cozy, timeless setting. They’re perfect for holiday cards, gifts, or simply updating your portraits before the year ends. They’re short and sweet, ideal for little ones (or anyone who prefers a quick session) while still giving you a beautiful collection of memories.
Indoor studio location at the Dominion Building Downtown Vancouver
20-minute session
20 high-resolution images delivered in both colour and black & white
Final gallery delivered online for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing
Bonus : I’ll have a small holiday-themed setup available, so you can choose between classic portraits or something a little more festive!

Sunday October 26th – Warm & Classic - La Arca Studio
A cozy, light-filled space with warm tones and inviting textures. Perfect for capturing relaxed, intimate, and timeless photos.
November 9th – Minimal & Modern - Workbook Studio
A bright, clean studio with sleek lines and airy white walls. Ideal for a fresh, refined, and editorial feel.
How to Book
Booking your spot is quick and easy:
Pick Your Date & Time
Select your preferred date and time on the calendar.Complete the Agreement
Download the session agreement (linked below). The agreement includes all fee and payment details. Fill it out, sign it, and email a copy to hello@kaoverii.com.Send Your Payment
E-transfer the $100 deposit to hello@kaoverii.com to finalize your booking.
Once I’ve received both your signed agreement and deposit, your Fall Mini Session is officially reserved! I’ll follow up with confirmation so you know you’re locked in.

Important: If your signed agreement and payment aren’t received within 48 hours, your spot will be released and offered to the next person.
