Cristina and Evan wanted their wedding to feel like a weekend adventure, bringing together their favourite people from all over the world to celebrate surrounded by the natural beauty of British Columbia. As a Newfie and a roaming American who met in California, their story quickly turned into a life together, complete with two dogs and plenty of adventures along the way. With family and friends travelling from near and far, they wanted a wedding that felt less like a single day and more like an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and make memories together.

Bodega Ridge on Galiano Island was the most perfect venue for the celebration they had envisioned. Surrounded by beautiful coastal landscapes, lush greenery, and the laid-back charm of island life, the venue was the perfect setting for their "manicured wildflower" wedding vibe. The day felt effortlessly beautiful, with a balance of thoughtful details and the natural scenery that makes the Gulf Islands so special.
